Blind Man’s Bluff is an excellently written 200+ chapter (Almost 650,000 words! Holy shit!) Nick×Ellis fic that regularly updates. All of the original L4D2 characters are incredibly well written and stay true to their in-game personalities, the backstories ladyredms gave them are on point and completely believable, Rochelle isn’t a damsel-in-distress/woman-who-dies-for-manpain and is actually probably the most badass of the four of them, and Coach, Rochelle, Ellis and Nick all stay together throughout it! There aren’t very many OC’s in the story, especially at first, but those that are are /amazing/ and fit into the universe seamlessly, and all of them work to progress the story. For any Nellis shipper, Blind Man’s Bluff is absolutely p e r f e c t. Even if you don’t ship it, there’s definitely enough story amd other character interaction that you can put that on the back burner! There’s even some fanart at the beginning/end of some of the chapters! Ohmygawd, and the /smut/..
